Job summary

Ocean Ridge Post Acute is seeking a CNA for the 11-7 shift to provide routine nursing care and services in line with each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to supervisors while maintaining a warm, safe, and confidential environment on the unit.

You will follow established policies, assist with daily activities, and participate in shift nursing reports to improve resident care. CPR preferred; 10th grade education and CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per resident care plans and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
