Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in CNA program or hold CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours thereafter.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Make beds and clean bedside tables and surfaces.
• Serve water and assist with dining as required.
• Dress residents and assist with dressing as needed.
• Assist with meals and feeding if necessary.
• Keep residents clean and dry; change linens and clothes as needed.
• Attend training programs and participate in meetings as directed.
• Report any issues to the Charge Nurse promptly.
