Zusammenfassung

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders. The role requires strict adherence to patient privacy, accurate reporting, and compassionate interaction.

CPR certification is preferred; a minimum of a 10th grade education is required. You will work under supervision to ensure comfort, safety, and quality care for residents in our facility.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Aufgaben

• Identify residents before care using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Keep resident rooms ready and maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• Protect resident privacy and report any disclosure violations.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care needs.
• Support safe transfer and mobility of residents and assist with ADLs.
• Follow policies on blood/body fluid exposure and safety.
