Job summary

Sacramento-Post--acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per residents' care plans and assessments. You will identify residents, assist with meals and personal care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring room readiness, and upholding privacy and safety standards. CPR preferred; state licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo IDs; ensure correct care.
• Assist residents with daily activities including meals, mobility, and personal care.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
