Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands/photo cards.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Document care in flow sheets and notes clearly and accurately.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist residents with daily activities and transfers safely.
