Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure comfort.
• Record entries accurately and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, and safety during shifts.
• Maintain clean, safe rooms and assist with transfers as needed.
