Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine resident care under supervision, following policy and safety rules. You will support daily activities and ensure quality care for residents.

The role requires at least 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework, strong English communication, and the ability to interact with residents, families and staff in a respectful manner. This is an on-site position with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework.
• Must have a sincere desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to deliver care.
• Verify resident identification before giving care or meals.
• Maintain clean beds and bedside surfaces, and ensure water is within resident reach.
