Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse, transporting and assisting residents with daily activities, documenting observations, taking vital signs, and ensuring care is delivered timely with dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Active CNA certification in the state (required).
• Long-Term Care experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse.
• Assist residents with daily activities, transfers, bathing, dressing and eating.
• Document observations and report to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident dignity and privacy with a kind, professional approach.
