Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse, perform daily resident care duties, document observations, and ensure timely nursing interventions while upholding resident dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification to practice as a CNA in the State.
• 2 years Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing judgment under supervision.
• Perform resident care duties such as transporting and transferring, restocking, linen changes, positioning, bathing, dressing, eating, and hydration, and taking vital signs.
• Document and report observations and care delivered to residents to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed timely and with professional, courteous care respecting resident dignity and privacy.
