Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to monitor care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside/overbed tables clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within residents' reach.
• Other related duties as assigned by Charge Nurse/Director of Nurses/Administrator.
