Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds and maintain clean bedside and overbed areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within resident reach.
• Support other duties as directed by nursing leadership.
