Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using ID methods.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, charts, and notes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with transferring, transporting, and positioning residents safely.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Ensure room is prepared for new or transferring residents and greet them warmly.
