Job summary

Ontario Grove Healthcare & Wellness Centre is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, all-shifts position. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and follow facility policies to ensure safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in CNA school or licensed, with at least 6 months of CNA experience and strong English communication. Teamwork and emotional resilience are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CNA school or hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during training.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families and staff.
• Must maintain emotional stability and good health.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident care per facility policies and procedures.
• Make rounds, assist with meals, grooming and mobility.
• Record intake/output and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist in daily activities and ensure resident safety.
• Attend on-the-job training and participate in meetings as directed.
