Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock grooming supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
