Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City seeks a Certified Nursing Aide to provide compassionate resident care under the interdisciplinary Care Plan. You will help residents stay well groomed, assist with daily activities, and report observations to Licensed Staff promptly.

You will maintain a clean, home-like environment, participate in in-services, and collaborate with the Nursing Department to ensure high-quality care for each resident.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and supervise resident care per interdisciplinary plan.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
• In good health with sound judgment and high standards.
• Willing to work shifts as scheduled and cover others as needed.
• Must complete TB screening and pre-employment exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents per the interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Maintain a clean, home-like care area for residents.
• Communicate needs to Licensed Staff promptly.
• Document information daily on the Nursing Flow Record.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
