Job summary

Oak Hills Care Center seeks a dedicated CNA to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan and under supervision. You will document vitals, assist with ADLs, help with meals, and ensure safety and infection control across shifts.

Must hold a valid CNA license, meet English language requirements, and be able to work as part of a compassionate team in a long-term care setting. This is an on-site, full-time role in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans and supervision guidance.
• Record vitals, intake/output and care notes accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as directed.
• Prepare residents for meals and monitor nutritional intake.
• Attend shift reports and follow facility policies for safety and infection control.
