Job summary

Oak Hills Nursing & Rehab LLC in Oklahoma seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under supervision, assist with ADLs, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

You will record care, monitor residents, report changes, and work as part of a team to support a safe, clean, and respectful facility environment. A CNA license and basic English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with laws of the state.

Responsibilities

• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
• Assist in transporting residents to/from appointments, activity and social programs, etc.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks as directed.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain intake/output records.
