Job summary

Heritage Manor Management LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

You will weigh residents, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, transport residents, and support exams and procedures, while adhering to infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Weigh residents and document weight changes per plan.
• Measure and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, BP).
• Assist residents with ADLs from minimal to total support.
• Maintain hygiene, prepare for meals, and ensure comfort.
• Assist with exams and accompany residents to appointments.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Attend shift reports and participate in care planning.
