• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as instructed.
