Job summary

Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in daily living activities. This role supports health, welfare, and safety of residents in a warm, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience with long-term care or resident assistance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and feeding; provide fresh water and nourishment.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Aid in ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor vitals and document intake/output.
• Respond to call lights; report changes to nursing staff.
