LAKELANDHILLS is seeking a certified nursing assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in Lakeland, Florida. The role includes delivering care per care plans, documenting diligently, and reporting any changes to the Nurse Supervisor. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and personal care, while maintaining resident privacy and safety.

The position requires an active CNA license, 10th grade education, and ability to follow established policies. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow care plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to perform daily nursing tasks with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of residents and surroundings.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and personal care as needed.
• Protect resident privacy and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and escort residents as needed.
