Job summary

Lakeland Hills Center is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan, under supervision. You will identify residents, assist with treatments and meals, and maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in residents’ conditions, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a calm, warm environment on the unit. CPR is preferred and state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business texts.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, charts, and notes.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
