Job summary

LAKELANDHILLS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and chart observations, while maintaining a warm, safe, and respectful environment.

This position requires a minimum of a 10th grade education; CPR is preferred and confidentiality of resident information must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid certified nursing assistant license as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred; training provided where applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily activities: meals, hygiene, mobility, and transfers.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Follow safety and health policies and practice safe handling of equipment.
