Job summary

Rinaldi-Convalescent-Hospital is urgently hiring CNAs for 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts to provide daily nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, grooming, mobility, and documentation while maintaining resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.

High school diploma or GED and CNA certification are required. Some experience is helpful; English proficiency and ability to use a tablet for data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Able to use a computer or tablet to enter resident data.
• CNA training from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and provide nursing care per plan.
• Ensure privacy and protect resident confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Assist with feeding, grooming, and mobility as directed.
• Help residents with transfers and mobility (bed/chair).
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisor promptly.
• Follow infection control policies and facility procedures.
