Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to dining and activities
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and protect resident files
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures
• Work beyond scheduled hours when needed
• Other duties as assigned
