Rinaldicares in California is seeking dedicated CNA staff for PM and NOC shifts to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to assessment plans and state regulations.

You will answer call lights, assist with feeding, grooming, transfers, and mobility, while protecting resident privacy and documenting changes for supervision.

The role requires CNA training, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid CNA certificate; prior experience helps but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA training from an accredited program completed.
• Valid CNA certificate number required.
• Some experience helpful; training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Answer call lights promptly.
• Ensure nursing care is provided in privacy.
• Assist residents with daily needs (bed, water, etc.).
• Assist with feeding when needed (cutting food, spoon feeding).
• Help residents with grooming, shower or sponge bath.
• Assist with transferring, lifting and moving residents.
• Help residents sit, stand, and walk.
• Transport residents to dining area for meals/activities.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Protect resident files and data per HIPAA; follow infection control policies.
• Adhere to facility policies including confidentiality and security of IDs/passwords.
