Qualifications

• Current, active California CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Obtain and document vital signs and report changes promptly to licensed staff.
• Respond to resident call lights with attentive, respectful care.
• Document resident care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements.
