Job summary

Friends of Kansas Christian Home Inc is seeking a PRN CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support comfort, dignity, and daily living activities in collaboration with a supportive nursing team.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, assisting with ADLs (oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, hair, nails), transporting residents, and adhering to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient-centered care for residents.
• Accurate documentation of care in charts and records.
• Ability to report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Infection control compliance and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents.
• Document care in flow sheets and charts clearly.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, hair care, nails.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Support residents during tests, therapies, and social programs.
