Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; CNA experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
• Current Georgia Nurse Aide Registry listing and CPR certification (within 30 days).
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as assigned (ADL support, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Maintain infection control, HIPAA compliance, and proper documentation.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, families, and external agencies.
• Support resident-centered care and safety in a fast-paced environment.
