Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification per Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read and follow patient care instructions.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and healthcare team in patient care.
• Provide activities of daily living support (bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and report patient data, vitals, and changes to the nurse.
• Document care provided on appropriate forms.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality according to policy.
• Assist in unit operations and participate in education and orientation.
