Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides care, comfort, and safety to assigned patients under direct supervision.
• Uses infection prevention techniques and follows safety procedures.
• Performs and records delegated nursing care procedures.
• Observes patients and reports reactions or changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.).
• Transfers medications between areas as needed, and assists with feeding when necessary.
