Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Performs range of motion and ambulation assistance.
• Records vitals, I&O, and communicates changes to licensed staff.
• Assists with feeding, hygiene, and routine clinical tasks.
• Transports patients and prepares for diagnostics and discharge.
