Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Minooka, IL is seeking a Part Time CNA to deliver individualized resident care according to care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and maintain dignity while following privacy rules.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team and participate in ongoing learning through seminars and meetings. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
