Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Mt. Vernon, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to provide individualized resident care per care plans, assist with ADLs, and support dignity and independence on the 2nd shift.

You'll collaborate with the clinical team, monitor health status, communicate with residents and families compassionately, participate in trainings, and uphold privacy standards while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families with compassion and dignity.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
