Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver personalized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and a positive approach.
• Participate in ongoing training through seminars and staff meetings.
