Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Mt. Vernon, IL is seeking a part-time CNA to deliver individualized care per resident plans. You’ll assist with ADLs, promote independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members with compassion and impact.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
