A Mattoon, IL senior living community is seeking a Part-Time CNA to deliver exceptional resident care per each care plan, assist with ADLs, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in seminars, staff meetings, and learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
