Reflections Retirement Community in Moline, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to deliver individualized resident care according to care plans. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and communicate changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate love, compassion, and dignity in service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
