Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
