• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately to create positive experiences.
• Participate in educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing development.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
