Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time CNA to provide individualized resident care in Heritage Woods of Greenbriar. You will support ADLs, maintain dignity, and collaborate with the clinical team to monitor health changes.

Responsibilities include engaging residents and families with compassion, following care plans, and participating in ongoing education and staff meetings. Competitive benefits are offered, including PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care as per resident care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately.
• Participate in education seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
