Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Flora, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care aligned with each resident's care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promote independence, and maintain dignity.

A High School/GED and current CNA certification are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect with residents and families, participate in team meetings, and support a respectful, safe living

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
