Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community located at Heritage Woods of South Elgin in South Elgin, IL seeks a Part-Time CNA to deliver individualized care in line with each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting independence, reporting health changes, and engaging residents and families with compassion. Must have a CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion, creating a positive experience.
• Participate in educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
