Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Round Lake Beach, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA for the 3rd shift at Oak Hill Supportive Living. You will deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include reporting health status changes to the clinical team, engaging with residents and families compassionately, and participating in ongoing learning through seminars and meetings.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
