Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care based on care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in continuous learning and development activities.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
