Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Chicago is seeking a Part Time CNA for Montclare Supportive Living. The position is on the 3rd shift and pays $19.00 per hour, with duties to deliver individualized resident care per care plans and assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report changes in residents' health to the clinical team, engage with residents and families compassionately, participate in ongoing training, and follow privacy rules.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
