Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.?

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in health status to clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing education and meetings for learning opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
