Job summary

Heritage Woods of Minooka in Minooka, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA for the 3rd shift. You will deliver individualized resident care according to each resident’s care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and preserving dignity.

You will report changes in health status to the clinical team, connect with residents and families with compassion, and participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized resident care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
