Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Wenatchee, WA is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents. You will support activities of daily living while promoting safety, privacy and dignity, in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, encouraging engagement in programs, light housekeeping, and clear communication with residents and families to ensure well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean living spaces.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
