Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Wenatchee, WA is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, safety, privacy, and dignity. You will work in a team to create a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care to promote independence, safety, and dignity.
• Support participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain clean rooms.
• Facilitate open communication among residents, families, and staff.
